Behind the Brand
Nature & Me provides menstrual cycle awareness sessions and programmes for young people and their families, as well as professionals working with children and young people aged 8 to 24. The brand was created to break the taboo around menstruation and to replace stigma with openness, confidence, and education. At its heart, Nature & Me encourages children and their parents to embrace the beauty and uniqueness of the menstrual cycle through honest discussion and non-judgemental support.

Project Overview
Taking you behind the scenes to how we brought this brand to life.
The strategy called for a brand identity that felt bold and confident, while still being approachable and supportive. Movement became a key theme, representing the constant flux and change of the menstrual cycle. We also wanted to retain an element of playfulness – a reminder that entering womanhood doesn’t mean leaving fun and joy behind.
Nature sits at the core of Victoria’s ethos for the brand, so the identity needed to reflect that deeply. Organic shapes and flowing lines were chosen to emphasise a sense of natural movement, reinforcing the idea that the cycle is both powerful and fluid.
Connection was another central theme, expressed through subtle details in the design. Two organic shapes were added to the ampersand, referencing the many connections we experience – with our bodies, with nature, and between parent and child. The fern fronds included in the submark are a further nod to this sense of connection, growth, and continuity.
The final identity is bold, natural, and unapologetically positive. By combining movement, organic symbolism, and playful details, Nature & Me creates a brand that feels empowering and inclusive – a safe space to embrace the beauty of the menstrual cycle.
